Start Application View Guidelines Our Community SMA DESIGN REVIEW BOARD APPLICATION This form is used to submit requests for exterior property improvements that require approval from the Sugar Mill Association Design Review Board (DRB). If your home is located in a Sub-HOA, your request must first be reviewed and approved by your Sub-HOA Board before it is submitted to the Sugar Mill Association. Sub-HOA Application Process: Brae Burn and The Meadows: Please complete the online form on this page. Your request will first be routed to your Sub-HOA for review. Pine Valley, St. Andrews, and Sugar Mill Gardens: These communities have their own Design Review applications and processes. Please submit your request directly to your Sub-HOA Board first. After Sub-HOA approval, the application will be forwarded to the Sugar Mill Association for final review. If you are unsure whether approval is required, please contact KLGB Management at (386) 402-8739 (this number does not receive text messages). If your property borders Sugar Mill Country Club property, the club will be consulted as part of the review process. Important: Do not begin any work or improvements until you receive official approval from the Design Review Board. Applications must include pertinent materials such as: lot survey, site plans, diagrams, color chips, material specifications, sample products, photographs, and any information that will adequately describe the finish product.
